From Allo Game to Flatiron: Level Up Guide

Welcome to USD.AI’s finale: Level Up.

Over the last 6 months, we bootstrapped liquidity to originate out the first $100m in loans. Now it's time to scale.

In our previous article we detailed the “Level Up” offer for ICO and Airdrop participants. In this update, let's get into the mechanics of how it works.

What Is Level Up?

Level Up connects the Allo Game to Flatiron, the second chapter in USD.AI's story, marking the transition of the protocol to growth mode, with a $1bn origination target.

The Allo Game is over Flatiron starts now.

Your Allo Game points are frozen and the final allocations for ICO and Airdrop are fixed.

The Level Up offer window is opening.

The mechanics for Level Up is simple, lock Pendle Yield Tokens (YTs) for USDai or sUSDai, and you either get refund rights, discounted pricing, or a premium buyout on your CHIP allocation.

No minimum lockup. Participate as much or as little as you want, with bonuses added for our YT lockers who overlock.

Your Level Up Score is derived from your $CHIP ICO allocation.

Key Dates

- February 18: Allo Game ends. App updates with CHIP allocations.

- February 19: Plasma YTs unlocked.

- February 18-25: ICO and Airdrop Offer Window open. Lock YTs for your chosen strategy.

- February 22-27: CoinList ICO. Purchase CHIP with USDC/USDT.

- March (TBD): TGE. Claim button goes live.

Two Paths, Four Strategies

Two paths. Own is for ICO participants. Earn is for airdrop recipients. Each has a 4-month and 8-month option.

YT Ratios and Strategy

In order to hit your Level Up Score, you need to contribute YTs based your CHIP allocation.

For every 1 $CHIP you will need:

USDai: ~0.18 YT

sUSDai: ~0.40 YT

While sUSDai’s capital requirements are higher, the YTs earn yield during the lock. You're picking up 4.5% from PYUSD incentives, airdrop points, and additional yield from the loan pipeline.

- ICO participants can only qualify for Boost or Max Own.

- Airdrop participants only qualify for Boost or Max Earn.

However, you're not locked into one type of YT for hitting your Level Up Score.

Mix USDai and sUSDai, and or mix 4-month and 8-month maturities. Build the position that fits your situation.

One thing to know: 8-month maturities take priority over 4-month when calculating your score, so if you're overlocking with both, the longer commitment counts first.

Overlock Bonus

A new addition to the Level Up offer is the Overlock Bonus.

Lock YTs past your required threshold and you qualify for the Overlock Bonus: a Flatiron point multiplier (kicking in at 100% your score) and first priority on any unsold CHIP from the ICO. If the ICO doesn't fully subscribe, overlockers are first in line for the remaining allocation.

All unallocated CHIP will be distributed pro-rata based on the amount of YTs overlocked.

Additionally all YTs of all maturities and types will get a 20% bonus up to 2x of your Level Up Score.

Allo Game S2: Flatiron

Chapter 2: Flatiron moves to a single points system with rewards distributed entirely through airdrops. There is no ICO path or alignment. Points earned from Level Up YT locks carry forward and count toward your Flatiron allocation.

With Flatiron, deposit caps are removed, and looping strategies that were difficult to execute in the Allo Game will be fully supported. Looping will be the thematic points goal for Flatiron.
